ArchLenz360 Portal – Terms of Use

Welcome to ArchLenz360, a project documentation, coordination, and visualization platform. By accessing or using the portal, project modules, shared links, or exported reports, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of the Platform

ArchLenz360 provides tools for construction and architectural project documentation, including:

  • Aerial imagery, gallery viewing, and shared viewer links
  • 360° walkthroughs and project media review
  • Punch list tracking, photos, notes, and PDF exports
  • Workflow and task coordination tools
  • Project dashboards, documentation, analytics, and reporting features

The platform is intended for authorized project stakeholders, including owners, developers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.

2. Authorized Access

Users may only access portal modules, projects, media, punch lists, workflows, shared links, and exports for which they have been authorized.

You agree to:

  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Not share access with unauthorized individuals
  • Use the platform only for project-related purposes
  • Respect project permissions, client confidentiality, and applicable account restrictions

ArchLenz360 may suspend or revoke access when needed to protect the platform, project data, or other users.

3. Project Data, Media, and Exports

Project data, media, punch list records, workflow information, images, notes, statuses, timestamps, and exports are provided for coordination and documentation purposes.

Exported reports and PDFs may include client branding, project details, punch list items, workflow or task context, images, timestamps, and ArchLenz360 platform attribution. Users are responsible for reviewing exports before distributing or relying on them.

Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of ArchLenz360 software, tools, workflows, templates, interfaces, or platform technology. Media ownership and permitted use may be governed by separate project or service agreements.

4. Shared Links

Some features allow users to create or access public shared links for selected project media or viewer content. Shared links may be viewable by anyone who receives the link and may display project names, client-facing branding, selected media, capture dates, and related context.

Users are responsible for controlling distribution of shared links and for confirming that recipients are authorized to view the shared project content. ArchLenz360 may limit, disable, or expire shared links when appropriate.

5. Client Branding and Platform Attribution

Authenticated portal pages, shared public links, and exported reports may display client or company logos, names, and related branding assets. Client branding is provided for project context and presentation only.

Client branding does not transfer ownership of ArchLenz360 software, services, platform design, source code, or infrastructure. ArchLenz360 remains the platform provider even when client logos are displayed.

The platform and exported materials may include ArchLenz360 attribution, including “Powered by ArchLenz360” or similar platform branding.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to access projects, files, modules, exports, or account areas without authorization
  • Share credentials, bypass access controls, or interfere with session security
  • Upload, enter, or distribute unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content
  • Misuse shared links, exports, project media, or workflow information
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform

7. Field Verification and Professional Judgment

ArchLenz360 provides documentation intended to help project teams coordinate work and review project conditions.

Project data, punch lists, workflow statuses, images, measurements, and exports are not a substitute for professional inspection, engineering review, contractor oversight, safety review, or field verification.

Users should independently verify field conditions before making construction, engineering, safety, payment, scheduling, or compliance decisions.

8. Accuracy of Information

The platform may display information entered by users, generated from project documentation, captured at a specific time, or imported from project media and related systems. This information may not reflect current or complete field conditions.

ArchLenz360 does not guarantee that project images, punch lists, workflow statuses, measurements, reports, or exports are complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every decision-making purpose.

9. Platform Availability

ArchLenz360 is a cloud-hosted service and may occasionally experience maintenance or service interruptions.

ArchLenz360 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or real-time access to every feature, file, image, shared link, or export.

10. Data Security

User authentication, project access, and shared-link behavior are supported by cloud services and platform security controls.

Reasonable efforts are taken to protect project data and user information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users must keep credentials secure and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

11. Termination of Access

ArchLenz360 may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Misuse of the platform
  • Unauthorized sharing of portal access
  • Unauthorized distribution of shared links, project media, or exported PDFs
  • Violation of these terms

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any updates.
